Views:
  1. Log on to the TMEMS console.
  2. Click Inbound Protection > Connection Filtering > Sender Filter > Approved Senders.

  3. Make sure to select the correct domain where this will be applied under Managed Domain.

  4. Choose the domain or email address where you want to add the sender to the approved list

  5. Type the email address of the sender and click Add

  6. Under the Settings tab, TMES allows users to specify which of the scanning criteria will be bypassed for emails from the configured Approved Senders.

  1. On the TMEMS console, go to Inbound Protection or Outbound Protection then navigate to the policies.
  2. Choose the desired policy you would like to safelist the domain or email address from. Below are the predefined policies:
    • Virus
    • Spam or Phish
    • Newsletter or spam-like
    • High-risk attachment
    • Exceeding size or # of recipients
    • Probable BEC threat
    • Writing style BEC threat
    • Password protected
  3. After selecting the policy, click on the Recipients and Senders tab from the left pane. Click on the Exceptions tab. Type the domain or email address you would like to exempt then click Add.

  4. Click Submit to save changes.

 

Make sure that the email address/domain format is correct:
