Upgrade customer's on-premise Apex One server to patch 3.
Upgrade security agents to Build 8378 (Apex One) or later/ Build 6029 (OfficeScan) or later.
Onboard TrendAI Vision One™ from on-premise Apex One

If customers are using OfficeScan, upgrade to Apex One first and onboard to TrendAI Vision One™.

Onboard TrendAI Vision One™ from on-premise Apex One server console.

If customers are using OfficeScan, please upgrade to Apex One first and onboard to TrendAI Vision One™.
If the customers are no longer able to access the on-premise Apex One server console, contact Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance or download Endpoint Basecamp from TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Inventory console and deploy it.

This article discusses the information needed to display the Apex One agent in Endpoint Inventory.

The required URLs are allowed. Refer to Firewall exception requirements for TrendAI Vision One™.
The system time is synchronized correctly.
Support for TLS 1.2 is enabled. Refer to this Microsoft Article: Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windows.

Applies to Windows 7 and Windows server 2008 R2 only.
If customers would like to specify the customized proxy setting, please deploy Endpoint Basecamp downloaded from TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Inventory console manually and follow the command line instructions here.
- TrendAI™ will detect the system proxy if customer did not specify.
- Proxy server with authentication is not supported.
