  1. Upgrade customer's on-premise Apex One server to patch 3.
  2. Upgrade security agents to Build 8378 (Apex One) or later/ Build 6029 (OfficeScan) or later.
  3. Onboard Vision One from on-premise Apex One
     
    If customers are using OfficeScan, upgrade to Apex One first and onboard to Vision One.
     
SaaS
  • Pure SaaS agent
  • Migrate from Apex One on-premise before Patch 3 (Build 8378) (not included)
  • Migrate from OfficeScan before Build 6029 (not included)
  1. Upgrade the SaaS security agents to Build 14.0.0.8509 or later.
  2. Onboard Vision One from SaaS Apex One server console.
  • Migrate from Apex One on-premise after Build 8378 (included)
  • Migrate from OfficeScan after Build 6029 (included)
Onboard Vision One from on-premise Apex One server console.
  • If customers are using OfficeScan, please upgrade to Apex One first and onboard to Vision One.
  • If the customers are no longer able to access the on-premise Apex One server console, contact Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance or download Endpoint Basecamp from Vision One Endpoint Inventory console and deploy it.
