Between now and the end-of-support date, any issues found on these operating systems will be best effort support. The Trend Micro support team will continue to help customers if issues arise on these platforms. However, given that these operating systems are end of life, no new functionality will be added and there is risk that customers may encounter an issue that cannot be fixed by Trend Micro. If this occurs, customers will be notified and the team will work with the customer to offer acceptable alternatives.
