To provision a service account for Dropbox from Cloud App Security web console, do the following:
- Log on to the Cloud App Security management console.
- Hover over Dropbox, and click Provision.

- The Provision Service Account for Dropbox screen appears. Click the Click here link.

- On the Dropbox logon screen, specify your Dropbox Team Admin credentials and click Sign In.
- Once the Dropbox authorization window appears, click Allow.

- Go back to the Cloud App Security management console.
- In the upper-right corner of the management console, hover over the bell icon and verify if the Dropbox provisioning has succeeded.

- Cloud App Security generates the following folders in the Dropbox administrator's root directory:
- Quarantine folder (trendmicro_cas_quarantine__dont_change_or_delete)
The Quarantine folder can be accessed only by the administrator. - Temporary folder (trendmicro_cas_temp__dont_change_or_delete)
The Temporary folder can be edited by all users.

- To avoid unnecessary notifications, all users must exclude the temporary folder (trendmicro_cas_temp__dont_change_or_delete) from their synchronization list. Perform the following steps as a user:
