To deprovision a service account for Gmail, do the following:

  1. Log in to CAS Management Console.
  2. Go to Administration > Service Account.

  3. Select the Gmail service account, click Remove, and then click OK to confirm the removal.

  4. Remove the CAS application for all of your users.
    1. Log in to Google Workspace Admin Console, and go to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace Apps > Apps list.

    2. Click the application named Trend Micro Cloud App Security.

    3. On the left pane, click DELETE APP.

    4. Click the DELETE APP button to confirm the removal.

      A notification will appear, confirming the removal of the app.

  5. Remove the Cloud App Security application from the administrator's personal settings.
    1. Go to Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access and click Manage third-party access.

    2. On the Apps with access to your account screen, click the application named Trend Micro Cloud App Security.

    3. Click REMOVE ACCESS.
