To enable Time-of-Click Protection on Exchange Online Policies:
- Go to Advanced Threat Protection > Exchange Online/Exchange Online (Inline Mode) Policies > Web Reputation > Time-Of-Click Protection.
- Tick the Enable Time-of-Click Protection option.
- Click OK to continue.
- Select whether to:
- Apply to URLs that have not been tested by Trend Micro.
- Apply to URLs marked by Web Reputation Services as possible security risks.
- Apply to all URLs.
- Click Save.
To configure Time-of-Click Protection:
- Go to Administration > Global Settings > Time-of-Click Protection Settings.
- Select an action from Block, Warn, and Allow for URLs at each risk level, and click Save.
Note:
The Block action stops users from accessing the URL.
The Allow action takes users to the destination page.
The Warn action warns users about the risk but allows the user to decide whether to continue to access the URL.
