When Apex One agent Smart Scan connection is not available, it may indicate an expired license. This may cause a problem with SPS.
An agent debug log shows the following:
2021 07/30 15:33:14 [3d0c : 067c] (00) (D) [-REAL-][ntrtscan.exe][service_main] UpdFlag=0 - [cnttmnts_icrcvirusscanmode.cpp(820)]
"UpdFlag=0" indicates that the license is expired. When this happens, some functions of the agent will be unavailable. SPS connection is one of them.
