For customers who need to import a hash list greater than the default value, follow the steps below:
- Apex One as a Service Users
Submit a case with Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the following:
- Copy of the Hash List to be imported
- Apex One as a Service Console URL
- Apex One as a Service Activation Code
- Apex One (On-Premise) Users
