Follow these steps:

  1. Download the DSA Support Tool (GUI version).
  2. Extract the ZIP file and run DSASupportTool_GUI.
  3. Go to Environment Check tab.

  4. Choose the function to run "Inspect CA Certificates" then click Start.

  5. The application will check the certificates required. To import the certificates click Yes.

  6. After the import is done, you can start again to double check. It should show the message

    "There is no missing CA certificate in system for Deep Security Agent to run."
