Users can enable Email Sensors in Trend Vision One in the Email Account Inventory section:
- Sign in to the Trend Vision One console and navigate to Inventory Management > Email Account Inventory.
- Grant the permissions to synchronize your Gmail mailboxes.

- Depending on the number of mailboxes in your environment, the synchronization may take some time to complete. You can check periodically check the status.
- Go to Email Account Inventory and select the mailboxes you want XDR to monitor.
