The article provides information about the process of migrating the Trend Micro Vision One Account Login ID to Email.

To migrate from Account Login ID to Email:

  1. Do either of the following:
    • For existing Users: Go to Trend Micro Vision One Dashboard > Settings > User Accounts > enter a valid Email address, then click Save. Once the changes are applied, the Resend Verification Email Message option will be seen.
    • For non-verified email accounts: a Resend verification email message link will appear on the console.

    The account status will show a yellow circle indicating that the account verification is in-progress.

  2. Verify the email address by clicking the the link sent to the email. It will redirect the page to the account verification.

  3. Click Send Verification Code.

    Another email will be sent, containing the verification code.

  4. Provide the verification code that was sent to the email, then continue to configure the password.
  5. Login to the Trend Micro Vision One Console, and go to Trend Micro Vision One Dashboard > Settings > User Accounts. The updated information can be seen.
