Follow these steps:
- On the WFBS Server, open C:\TMPatch.log using text editor (ie: Notepad++).
- Check the latest patch installation log by searching for the "Log Start" keyword.
- Search for "fail]" keyword from the beginning of the latest Log Start.
- Look for the file that failed to be copied. As an example,
- Go to the destination directory.
- Rename the affected file by appending .old to the filename. As an example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\web\cgi\isapiclient.dll > isapiclient.dll.old
- Re-run the patch.
If the patch installation still failed, look for new errors in the latest logs.
If issue persists, submit the C:\TMPatch.log to Trend Micro Technical Support .
