- Q1: Why can't I see the data in the "device name" and "device operating system" fields in some logs?

Answer
For the private access feature, users can access the internal application via two ways:
- Enable the "Trend Micro Vision One™ Zero Trust Secure Access(a.k.a ZTSA)" agent with Private Access, then access the specific application directly.
In this way, Vision One console can display the device name and device operating system information.
- Login user portal, then access the specific application by navigating to [ZERO TRUST SECURE ACCESS]-[Security Access Configuration]-[Private Access Configuration]-[Global Setting] to find the User portal URL.
In this way, Trend Micro Vision One console will NOT display the device name and device operating system information.
- Enable the "Trend Micro Vision One™ Zero Trust Secure Access(a.k.a ZTSA)" agent with Private Access, then access the specific application directly.
- Q2: Why can't I see the logs in real-time?
Answer
- Usually, the logs should be analyzed and displayed with 10~20 minutes delay depending on the network condition.
