Migrating from Service Gateway 1.0 to 2.0

Service Gateway Management 2.0 provides advanced service capabilities and better resource utilization and replaces your existing Service Gateway 1.0 appliances.

 
  • To minimize disruption of services during migration, do not change the Service Gateway Management API key before migrating the Service Gateway virtual appliance.
  • The source and target appliances may be temporarily unavailable during migration.
  • In order for the Service Gateway to provide services to connected products and third-party applications, configure your product with the ports and URLs listed under the Ports and URLs Used by the Service Gateway Virtual Appliance from the OLH.
