To resolve the issue, do the following:

  1. Navigate to ..\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV.
  2. Right-click the PCCSRV folder then select Properties.
  3. Click Sharing tab > Advanced Sharing...
  4. Tick the Share this folder and set the Share name to ofcscan.

  5. Click OK.
  6. Check if the issue persists.
