The following steps will allow you to regrant permissions in Mobile Security:

  1. Log in to Trend Micro Vision One and navigate to Inventory Management > Mobile Inventory. You will see the following pop-up.

  2. Click Grant Permission. When redirected to the permission request page. Click Accept.

  3. Make sure that the setting “Send device risk level data to Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) ” is checked, then click Save. This will complete the integration.

  4. Go to Microsoft Intune. Navigate to Tenant Administration > Connectors and tokens > Mobile Threat Defense. You will now see Trend Micro act as the MTD Connector.

  5. Create Compliance policy based on your device types. The Device Threat Level will sync from Mobile Security as a Service.
