- Submit a support case or reach out to Trend Micro Technical Support.

- Company Name
- Company ID
- Apex Central/One SaaS URL/FQDN
- Customer's CLP login ID
- Fill up the Approval statement for the backend team to proceed
- I,(Name of the requester), on behalf of (Organization), give permission to Trend Micro to access our back-end resources and databases
- The support engineer handling your concern will process the request. You will be notified of the assigned Static IP address thru the support case as soon as the request had been completed.
