If iaurelay.tmlock exists, do the following:
- Go to system tray > Right-click TMUT icon > Click Exit.
- Backup or move the iaurelay.tmlock to another folder.
- Using services.msc, do the following:
- Stop the TMUT service manually.
- Start the TMUT service manually.
- Start TMUT tool and try to update again.
If the issue persists, collect the following files:
- Configuration files (located at TMUT installation path):
- productInfo.ini
- filter.xml
- config.xml
- server.xml
- Log files
- <TMUT installation path>\Tmutlogfile.txt
- <TMUT installation path>\servicelogfile.txt
- ..\ relay\iaulogs\aurelay.log
- ..\ relay\iaulogs\TmuDump.txt
