To address the issue, do the following:
- On the Apex One Server, go to ..\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget\ and check for index.php
- If index.php does not exist, check if you have ..\TREND_BACKUP\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\widget folder.
- Compare the contents of the folder from Step 1 and Step 2. If there are several files or folders missing, rename the widget folder in ..\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\WEB_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\ to widget_backup and copy the widget folder from the backup folder ..\TREND_BACKUP\Web_OSCE\Web_console\HTML\.
- Log on to the Apex One web console and verify if the Dashboard is now working.
