Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service - Smart Feedback Enhancement provides Opt-in configuration on Apex One web console to enable this feature and configure notification recipient(s).

After installing the March 2023 update, users will be prompted with a pop-up message upon their first login. This message will provide the option to opt-in for the Smart Feedback Enhancement service. Additionally, users may specify target recipients on discovered attack indicators notification.

For Trend Vision One customers, the email alerts will provide the link to Trend Vision One Targeted Attack Detection App for more options on analysis and actions.

User can modify the recipients or Opt-out anytime through Apex One web console. To do this, the following steps can be taken:

1. Login to Apex One as a Service Web console, go to Directories > Product Server > SSO to Apex One server
2. On Apex One server web console, go to Administration > Smart Protection > Smart Feedback
