This issue happens when the IP Address binding in IIS has been configured incorrectly.

Below is the table that shows the login behavior, based on the configured IP Address binding:

To fix the issue, follow the steps for the product that you are using below:

  1. On the Apex One server, open IIS Manager.
  2. Go to Sites > OfficeScan.
  3. Under Action pane, click Bindings...
  4. Select https, then click Edit...
  5. Change the IP address to All Unassigned.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Under Manage Website, click Restart.
  8. Logon to the Apex One web console and check if the issue will persist.
  1. On the Apex Central server, open IIS Manager.
  2. Go to Sites > Default Web Site.
  3. Under Action pane, click Bindings...
  4. Select https, then click Edit...
  5. Change the IP address to All Unassigned.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Under Manage Website, click Restart.
  8. Logon to the Apex Central web console and check if the issue will persist.
