Follow these steps:
After finishing to unregister, the C1C connector will automatically connect the SDS product if the enable-pending status is within 10 mins.
TrendAI Vision One™ All , Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security All
When TrendAI™ Cloud One (formerly Trend Cloud One) integrates with TrendAI Vision One™ (formerly Trend Vision One), a pending status is shown on the console under "Endpoint & Workload Security".
This issue occurs when you have both the legacy workload connector and TrendAI™ Cloud One connector at the same time. By design, the Cloud One connector would not connect the workload product if the legacy workload connector exists.
Note that if the legacy workload connector exists, the location Cloud One Endpoint and Workload Security console > System Settings > TrendAI Vision One™ (XDR) tab exists, and the status shows Registered.
