Summary
When Cloud One integrates with Trend Vision One, a pending status is shown on the console under "Endpoint & Workload Security".
This issue occurs when you have both the legacy workload connector and Trend Micro Cloud One connector at the same time. By design, the Trend Micro Cloud One connector would not connect the workload product if the legacy workload connector exists.
Note that if the legacy workload connector exists, the location Cloud One Endpoint and Workload Security console > System Settings > Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) tab exists, and the status shows Registered.

Follow these steps:
- Remove the workload-v1 registration on the Trend Vision One console.
- Call API to remove the workload registration cache (The cache will also auto-clean after 6 hours). Refer to this KB article for more details.
After finishing to unregister, the C1C connector will automatically connect the SDS product if the enable-pending status is within 10 mins.
