To address the issue, do the following:
You may need to update your domain SPF record to include plsprod.trendmicro.com. This is to allow the Trend Micro mail server to send the mail to your domain.

If you do NOT want to add an SPF record, the second suggestion is to remove the customized LMP support email.
- Log on to the LMP Portal.
- Go to Administration > Branding Settings > Product Consoles > Licensing Management Portal
- Set the Support email to LMP default setting "donotreply_pls@trendmicro.com”
- Click Save.
