Scope and Limitation:
- TMEMS account can be migrated from the following:
- CLP to CLP/LMP
- LMP to LMP/CLP
- NFR License to LMP/CLP
- Source account must be active and not in grace period.
- Destination account must be active and the TMEMS console should be logged on at least once.
- Destination account must have the same or a greater number of seats from the source account.
- Destination account should NOT have a registered domain.
Migration notes:
- If you are using an API key under the Administration > Service Integration, such as LDAP Sync Tool, RESTful API and etc., you need to manually update the account name and service auth key.
- If you are using Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM), you need to manually bind the TMEMS account after the migration is completed.
- If you want to use Apex Central, you must use the destination account name to log in to the Apex Central Console.
To submit a migration request, collect the following information:
- Source Account:
- Login ID:
- Activation Code:
- Tenant ID (if LMP-based):
- Destination Account:
- Login ID:
- Activation Code:
- Tenant ID (if LMP-based):
- On Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM), logon using your partner account. Select the Customer where you want to perform the domain transfer.
- On the Customers tab, copy the Tenant ID of your LMP account and provide it to us. The Tenant ID can be found on the Company Profile tab. It is the 5-character from the Logon URL.
