Trend has been helping the customers using the legacy connector to migrate to Cloud One - Workload Security automatically.

During Trend Vision One integration, the status is shown in the Cloud One console under Integrations > Trend Micro Vision One page. After auto migration, there may be legacy connectors that are still not migrated. Our team will file cases to address this issue.

If you may prefer to use the new Trend Vision One Endpoint Sensor features not supported by the legacy connector, make sure the Workload Security instance is integrated via the Cloud One console and not from Workload Security console. You can validate the integration type on the Cloud One console under Integrations > Trend Micro Vision One page. Workload Security "connected" status would indicate that it is integrated to Cloud One.
