To resolve this:
- Access your Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) account and confirm that your Cloud One - Workload Security license is not expired.
- Verify that your Cloud One license is already activated by going into the Subscription Management page.
- Under the Computers tab of your Cloud One - Workload Security console, check if the Agent is online and if policy sending is successful. You can add the columns highlighted on the screenshot below to easily view the status of the Agents.
- If the policy was not sent recently, manually initiate policy sending by right clicking the computer > Actions > Send Policy.
You can also create a scheduled task if you want to send policy for all computers.
