Unable to find Service Gateway under the Third-party Integration connector
If Service Gateway is not present under Third Party Integration connector, like Palo Alto Panorama and FortiGate Next-Generation Firewall, make sure first that Third Party Integration Services is installed under "manager services". Next is to check if Service Gateway status is running.
On-premise product is unable to get the suspicious object from Trend Vision One (except Checkpoint)
Follow these steps:
- Log on to Trend Vision One and check if there is suspicious object under Threat Intelligence > Suspicious Object Management.
- Navigate to Workflow and Automation > Third-Party Integration, then go to the connector being used. Check the sync status, as shown below. The option "Sync now" may be used to verify if the sync was successful.
- Copy the links of suspicious object file generated from Service Gateway and try to check it in the environment. Service Gateway will automatically generate suspicious object file, and third-party product will parse the file. You may check the suspicious object file from machines that are able to access Service Gateway with the links of suspicious object file.
- If the Service Gateway side generated the file correctly, it is recommended to contact third-party product support for assistance.
