    To update the agent, you need to deactivate the agent in your Trend Cloud One account and then reactivate the agent using the activation command generated from your newly created Trend Vision One Server & Workload Protection instance.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Login to your Trend Vision One Web Console
    2. Go to the Endpoint Security Operations > Server & Workload Protection Instance
    3. Go to Administration > Updates > Software > Local > Generate Deployment Scripts....

    4. Generate the deployment script and select the right options depending on which operating system you wish to update. The options include the Policy, Computer Group, Proxy Settings, and more. For more details you can refer to this article

    5. Save the Deployment Script. 
    6. Login to the computer you wish to migrate either via RDP or SSH.
    7. Run the deployment script to reactivate the agent to Trend Vision One
    8. Go to the Endpoint Security Operations > Server & Workload Protection Instance > Computers and verify that you have migrated the agent successfully.
