Follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform (LMP) web console.
  2. Go to Users & Licenses > Customers.
  3. Type the customer name in the "Search for customers" field and select Worry-Free XDR (WFXDR) to filter the customer.
  4. Click the customer name.
  5. Under Licenses tab, click the assigned Service Plan.
  6. Tick the Trend Micro Remote Manager checkbox under Managing Product/Service column in the Product/Service section.
