When requesting a security update and there is no succeeding successful event, you may receive the event "Agent/Appliance Error" with the following description:
Anti-Malware license is expired.
Accounts with an expired subscription may experience degraded functionality such as restriction of new deployments or security updates.
To check if your license has expired, navigate to Cloud One home > Subscription Management and look for the expiration date of your Workload Security license. If your license has expired, you may reach out to your Sales representative.
Once the license has been renewed, security updates should work as expected. Please note that if your account has no valid subscription for any Trend Cloud One services, it will be deleted 60 days after the original expiry. Alerts start appearing on the Trend Cloud One home page 30 days before the account is planned for deletion to inform administrators to update to a valid subscription.
It is important to keep the license up-to-date to ensure security updates and other features work properly.
