Restart MSA Master Service
- On the Exchange server, open services.msc.
- Restart Trend Micro Messaging Security Agent Master Service.
Reconnect the MSA to the WFBS Server
- Log on to the Worry-Free Business Security web console.
- Go to Devices > click Add Devices.
- Under the Computer Type, select Exchange server.
- Specify the following in the Exchange Server Information section:
- Exchange Server Name
- Domain Administrator Account
- Password
- Click Next to verify your login credentials.
- Click Apply.
