Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Trend Micro Cloud One account, and go to Integrations >Trend Vision One. Check if your Cloud One account is already integrated to your Vision One Account.

    If you still have not configured your Cloud One tenant account into any Trend Vision One account, you may follow this Docs Center article, Configuring Trend Cloud One.
     
  2. If your Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security is already integrated to your Trend Vision One account, proceed to Service Management > Product Instance then select the Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security account that you want to update to Trend Vision One Endpoint Security.

  3. After choosing the Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security account, click Update Solution, check the Trend Micro Agreement and agree to update.

  4. Before proceeding to the account update, there is an important system update notice that you need to check first before updating your Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security account to Trend Vision One Endpoint Security. If you want to proceed to update, tick the checkbox "Connect and Transfer".

  5. Your Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security account will start to update to Trend Vision One Endpoint Security.

  6. Once updated to Trend Vision One Endpoint Security, go back to your Cloud One account and navigate to Integrations. A message that will indicate that your account has been successfully updated. In the Cloud One dashboard you will also see that the Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security has deprecated.

  7. When you go back to your Vision One account under Endpoint Security Operations > Server & Workload Protection, your Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security account will show that it is now migrated to Trend Vision One Endpoint Security.
