Connect to TrendAI Vision One

1. On TrendAI Vision One console go to Product Instance. Click Add Existing Product, select TrendAI Cloud One, then click Generate the enrollment token to get the enrollment token. Click Save.
2. On the console navigate to Integrations > TrendAI Vision One > Register enrollment token. Paste the copied enrollment token from last step then click Register.

   

3. Once connected, the status will display "Connected" on the Product Instance Connection section.

   

Update your TrendAI Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security to TrendAI Vision One Endpoint Security

1. Verify the API Key Role under Administration > API Keys. The following API keys should enabled with correct roles settings:
   • “trend-micro-vision-one-management-api-key” with “Full-Access” role
   • “identity-trend-micro-vision-api-key” with “identity-trend-micro-vision-api-role” role
   • “workload-trend-micro-vision-api-key” with “workload-trend-micro-vision-api-role” role

   

2. On your TrendAI Vision One console, proceed to Service Management > Product Instance, then click Update on your TrendAI Cloud One instance that you want to update to TrendAI Vision One Endpoint Security - Server & Workload Protection.

   

3. On the Update Solution, tick "I have read and accept the TrendAI™ Agreement..." on TrendAI™ Agreement and click I Agree to Update.

   

4. Before proceeding to the update, there is an important system update notice that you need to check first before updating your TrendAI Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security to TrendAI Vision One Endpoint Security. If you want to proceed to update, tick the checkbox ,"I understand how the update will affect my system…" then click Connect and Transfer.

   

5. Your TrendAI Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security will start to update to TrendAI Vision One Endpoint Security - Server & Workload Protection.

   

6. Once updated, go back to TrendAI Cloud One console and navigate to Integrations. A message will indicate that your account has been successfully updated. In the TrendAI Cloud One dashboard you will also see that the TrendAI Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security has deprecated and linked to TrendAI Vision One console.

   

   

7. When you go back to your TrendAI Vision One console under Endpoint Security > Server & Workload Protection, select your desired instance on Server & Workload Protection Manager and display.
