While we have filters in place to replace/remove common types of personal data such as name, email address, etc. from prompts, some personal data may still be retained.

AI is rapidly evolving and even with guardrails in place, inaccuracies also known as "AI hallucinations" can still happen. Always evaluate the output accuracy based on your specific use case.

Currently, Azure OpenAI service is only hosted in the US and in the EU. Depending on your location, prompts may be transmitted outside your region/country. Trend Vision One will distribute the processing of your prompts as follows:

• Trend Vision One regions: US, JP, AU site -> Azure OpenAI (US)
• Trend Vision One regions: EU, IN, SG site -> Azure OpenAI (EU)
