When accepting the Trend Vision One invitation, if the user already exists in the pool (such as when the email is already used for Cloud One), the user must enter their Cloud One password instead of setting a new password. If the user is new to Cloud One, they must set a new password.
If the account status is still 'Invited', the user may try using their Cloud One password. However, if the status is 'Enabled', the user can reset their password using the following links:
