There is no disconnect or delete function on Trend Vision One Endpoint Security. The upgrade process is a one way path - once you update to Foundation v1, you will not be able to rollback to Poseidon v1.

Below are possible reasons:
- You do not have a Standard Endpoint Protection / Server & Workload Protection instance, or your current instance status is "Unhealthy". You can check your instance on the web console under Service Management > Product Instance.
- The account you are using does not have enough permission to access the Standard Endpoint Protection / Server & Workload Protection web page. Please contact your Trend Vision One console administrator.
- Is it necessary to install Endpoint Sensor if I have already installed a Server & Workload Protection agent?
If the Server & Workload Protection agent package is downloaded from the Trend Vision One console, it will automatically install both the server & workload protection agent, as well as the Endpoint Sensor. However, if the agent is upgraded from the Cloud One agent, you may see the following recommendation tips in the Endpoint Inventory app.
