If you want to block specific URLs in an email, you can create a content filtering policy with scanning criteria based on a keyword that matches the URL.

To do this:

• 1. Create a new Keywords and Expressions entry in Administration > Policy Objects.
• 2. Match the keyword to the URL you want to block (e.g. add example\.com).
• 3. Create a new content filtering policy and select criteria as 'Body matches' and select the keyword expression created.

By creating a content filtering policy in this way, specific URLs can be blocked in Trend Micro Email Security.
