Upon reviewing the server0 logs, it seems that the error is being caused by an SQL Server issue. To resolve the issue and reset the MasterAdmin password, follow these steps:

  1. Open a command prompt as Administrator on the Deep Security Master Server (DSM).
  2. Navigate to the <install_path>\Trend Micro\Deep Security Manager\ directory.
  3. Execute the following command: dsm_c -action unlockout -username MasterAdmin -newpassword Your_Secure_Password
    Note: Make sure to use a secure password.
  4. For example: dsm_c -action unlockout -username MasterAdmin -newpassword n0v!ru$12E
  5. The command will automatically restart the Deep Security Manager during the process.

By resetting the MasterAdmin password in this way, the login issue should be resolved and the customer should be able to access their console once again.
