  • Messaging Security 9.1 Build 2164 should be applied in your environment
  • Submit a case with TrendAI™ Technical Support to request for Hotfix 2191 to enable support for TrendAI Vision One™ Email and Collaboration Security.
  1. Log in to TrendAI Vision One™ console.
  2. Navigate to Service Management > Product Instance, and then click the Add existing product button.

  3. Select Interscan Messaging Security Virtual Appliance.

  4. Click on the Click to generate the Enrollment Token link.

  5. Setup the enrollment from the Messaging Security console. Do the following:
    1. Login to the Messaging Security console and navigate to Administration > Connections.
    2. Go to the TrendAI Vision One™ tab, and paste the Enrollment token in the TrendAI Vision One™ Token field.
    3. Tick Forward policy Event logs to TrendAI Vision One™.
    4. Click Register.

  6. Go back to the TrendAI Vision One™ console, navigate to Service Management > Product Instance, and verify if Messaging Security is added.

  1. Log in to TrendAI Vision One™ console.
  2. Navigate to Service Management > Product Instance, and then click the Add existing product button.

  3. Select Interscan Messaging Security Virtual Appliance.

  4. Click on the Click to generate the Enrollment Token link.

  5. Set up the enrollment from the Messaging Security console. Do the following:
    1. Login to the Messaging Security console and navigate to Administration > Connections.
    2. Go to the TrendAI Vision One™ tab, and paste the Enrollment token in the TrendAI Vision One™ Token field.
    3. Tick the Enable Service Gateway connection box, and enter the Service Gateway IP address on the Service Gateway address field.
    4. Tick Forward policy Event logs to TrendAI Vision One™.
    5. Click Register.

  6. Go back to the TrendAI Vision One™ console, navigate to Service Management > Product Instance, and verify if Messaging Security is added.
