  • Error Code: 4000007
    When uploading Custom Intelligence files to Trend Vision One, you may encounter this error under Threat Intelligence > Intelligence Reports > Custom. This occurs when the target file may not have the correct format.

    "Unable to process the request.
    Verify that all parameters are correct and try again. (Error code: 4000007)"
