Customers using Deep Security may encounter a kernel unsupported issue, which may result in AV engine offline alerts. This issue may be resolved by downloading and importing the KSP file and upgrading the Deep Security Agent or Manager to a minimum version of 20.0.0-8453 or higher.
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Download the KSP file from the provided link.
- Open the DSM console and go to Administration > Updates > Software > Local > Import. Import the KSP file that you downloaded.
- Reactivate the DSA computer.
