If you need to set up outbound protection in Trend Micro Email Security (TMES) for Exchange Send Connector to relay outbound mails to TMES before reaching the final recipient, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the TMES console > Domains tab > click your domain then go to 'Outbound Servers' > Tick the box for Enable Outbound Protection and add your outbound server IPs from the list.
- Edit your current SPF record in your DNS hosting provider and add the value 'include:'. For example: 'v=spf1 ip4: ip4: include: -all'.
