If a server encounters multiple errors, including a 'Kernel unsupported' error, after OS patching, despite RHEL 8 being supported by TrendMicro, restarting the agent services and reactivating the agent may not resolve the issue. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Download the KSP files provided by TrendMicro.
  2. Open the DSM console and go to Administration > Updates > Software > Local > Import.
  3. Import the KSP files downloaded in step 1.
  4. Reactivate the agent.
