Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Navigate to the Deep Security Manager > Administration > System Settings and click on the Agents tab.
  2. Under Agent initiated Activation, ensure that "Allow Agent activation" is enabled.
  3. Reactivate cloned agents, unknown agents, and the existing computer.

After completing these steps, SSH to the affected system and switch to root. Run the following commands:

/opt/ds_agent/dsa_control -r
/opt/ds_agent/dsa_control -a dsm://dsm_ip:4120/
/opt/ds_agent/dsa_query -c 'GetAgentStatus'
