If two DSA agents are experiencing communication problems and going offline despite showing as running on the endpoint, it is possible that there are issues related to SSL traffic inspection. The DSA logs show errors related to SSL traffic inspection, which may be causing the communication issue.
To resolve this issue, please check if there is any SSL inspection from Agent to DSM. If yes, please whitelist the SSL traffic inspection to avoid this communication issue. This will ensure that the DSA agents can communicate with the Deep Security Manager without any issues.
