Steps

The following steps demonstrates VMWare as an example.

1. Go to the VMWare console and choose the Service Gateway appliance virtual machine then restart it.

2. Choose the previous version, and press Enter. The Service Gateway appliance will revert to previous version.

3. Wait until the Service Gateway appliance is running normal, then check the Service Gateway status on the Trend Vision One console.
