Between now and the end-of-support date, any issues found on the versions listed will be given best support effort by Trend Micro Technical Support. However, given that these versions are end of life, no new functionality will be added. There is a risk that customers may encounter an issue that cannot be fixed by Trend Micro, if this is the case, customers will be notified and the team will work with the customer to offer acceptable alternatives.
