If the firewall policy and profile are missing in the new Apex One installation after migrating from an old server, follow these instructions to enable the firewall settings:

  1. Log in to Apex One console > Agents > Global Agent Settings.
  2. Under Security Settings > Look for Firewall Settings > Tick the box to enable Apex One firewall.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Relog-in on Apex One console and the Firewall Settings must appear under Agents > Global Agent Settings.
