If the Anti-Malware Engine is offline for a Linux system and an error message is displayed, we recommend restarting the Deep Security Agent service. If the issue persists, please follow the steps below:
- Open the terminal and log in as the root user.
- Run the following command to stop the Deep Security Agent service:
sudo /etc/init.d/ds_agent stop - Run the following command to start the Deep Security Agent service:
sudo /etc/init.d/ds_agent start - If the issue persists, run the following command on the affected Linux system:
$uname -a,$uname -r, and$cat /etc/*release - Additionally, please create a diagnostic package.
