If the Anti-Malware Engine is offline for a Linux system and an error message is displayed, we recommend restarting the Deep Security Agent service. If the issue persists, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the terminal and log in as the root user.
2. Run the following command to stop the Deep Security Agent service: sudo /etc/init.d/ds_agent stop
3. Run the following command to start the Deep Security Agent service: sudo /etc/init.d/ds_agent start
4. If the issue persists, run the following command on the affected Linux system: $uname -a, $uname -r, and $cat /etc/*release
5. Additionally, please create a diagnostic package.
