Customers may encounter issues with web reputation (Block list) in Apex One as a Service when trying to block certain URLs. If this occurs, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

First, disable QUIC and check if the issue persists. If the issue still occurs after disabling QUIC, collect CDT, har, and dump again, referring to the previous email for the guide.

It is important to note that HTTP/3 (QUIC) is not supported by Apex One as a Service. If the har file shows that aira is using HTTP/3 (QUIC), please refer to this KB article for more information.
