For RH OpenShift, you can use any RHEL DSA 20 that is atleast build 20.0.0.5137 for 4.9-4.12 and atleast 20.0.0.8268 for 4.13. We recommend the more recent or latest builds. Please do take note that that only versions 4.9 - 4.13 are supported currently by DSA.
